Barry designs and facilitates strategic analysis and planning programs for boards, implementation business planning services for executives and staff, as well as long-term follow-up support.

Follow-up Client Skills Building:

Barry regularly teaches staff in the areas of change management. leadership, coaching skills, project management, task/priority management, communication, problem solving/decision making, and service excellence.

Other Experience Includes:

Computer systems research and development, military avionics, crisis management, dispute resolution, government liaison, human resource development and motivational speaking from intact teams to crowds numbering in the thousands!

Barry Nelson is our GM. He's a business author, strategist, and facilitator who regularly engages with management in strategic assessment and facilitated planning as well as business planning and follow-up programs. Clients know him for:
